The Liquid Willow Cat Soft Plastic Bait is the first imitation of the Willow Cat that uses a scent made from real fresh ground preserved Willow Cats. Willow cats are also known as Tadpole Madtom, a baitfish found across the United States and Canada. We recommend fishing this bait on a jig in bodies of water that are known to have Willow Cats in them, like the Mississippi, Missouri, and Minnesota Rivers, for example. We have found this bait to be especially effective for Walleye and Smallmouth Bass.
